Our jerky is not...what many are calling beef jerky in today's modern world. So much of today's jerky is soft, moist, almost wet, and most of it is really full of sugar, and too sweet, almost like candy. It's so soft that a couple of bites, and it's gone, swallowed, and so is its flavor. If you enjoy this type of beef jerky, then that's perfectly alright, for sure.
But we make ours the old-fashioned way! We dehydrate our jerky, so that after you tear off a piece, it takes longer to eat, and that gives you time to extract and enjoy all of its wonderful flavor.
We use U.S.D.A. certified cuts of top round beef. Very lean and flavorful cuts marinated in my family's teriyaki sauce. And we take the time to hand trim every piece of visible fat before we place it in your bag.
