Turnaround
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (unless noted otherwise) Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm PST.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Domestic shipping
United Parcel Service (U.P.S.) Domestic shipping
D.H.L. Overseas shipping

Order Tracking
Order tracking is provided by the shipping company you choose at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates
We offer several shipping priorities and rates to choose from offered by the shipping companies we work with. During your checkout experience these different rates and priorities with populate on the page for you to choose the option that best fits your needs.

Back Orders
When items are out of stock we will mark those product as Out-of-Stock on our website. We do not typically accept back-orders on out of stocks items unless you contact us directly.

Other Shipping Considerations:
Some of our products are heat sensitive, as an example....MMMM Chocolate!
During the hotter months of the year and depending on where you live, it may not be advisable to ship these items due to the damage that may result. If you contact us and provide authorization we can ship to hotter regions utilizing cold-pack shipping boxes. Please call us at 209-225-3068 to make arrangements. Ultimately we are not responsible for products that arrive damaged do to excessive heat during the shipping process.
